Keith Arnold Retires from MFG Chemical, Specialty Surfactants, Paul Turgeon Named President & CEO
MFG Chemical, specialty surfactants company, is announcing that Keith Arnold, President & CEO, is stepping down from his role. He has held the position since 2017 but now wants to focus his attention on his personal and family priorities. He will remain on the Board of Directors for MFG Chemical as well as the Board of Governors for SOCMA.

We are happy to have Paul Turgeon now stepping into the role of President & CEO. He has been on our Board of Directors since 2017 as the Executive Board Director and is well known as a thought leader in the industrial chemistry market. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board at Water & Wastes Digest, and has been published by several industry-leading publications. He is often requested as a keynote speaker and panelist at industry conferences to share his experience and knowledge.
Mr. Turgeon stated, “I’m honored to assume the leadership of this great company, and look forward to working closely with this outstanding MFG team to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. I thank Keith Arnold for his leadership and many important contributions, including the acquisition of our 27 acre Pasadena, Texas plant to better serve the oil & gas industry. Keith has also instilled a culture of plant safety and customer confidentiality. He spearheaded the upgrading of all four of MFG Chemical’s plants, obtaining the recertification of ISO 9001: 2015 and the achievement of the “Excellence Tier” and numerous safety and plant improvement awards from SOCMA, the chemical industry’s trade association.”
Although we will be sad to no longer have Keith Arnold at the helm, we are encouraged by his continued participation in the industrial chemistry market and look forward to growing as a chemical manufacturer under the leadership of Paul Turgeon.
