New for MFG Chemical, LLC.

MFG Chemical, Inc. continues to expand their capabilities; they have recently added a partial/full condenser system to a 6,500 gallon 316 L Stainless Steel reactor, improving MFG’s efficiency and quality when making esters, amides and imidazolines.  MFG has also installed a new 8,000 gallon 316L SS reactor with a 316L condenser system.  Both of these reactors, and another 6,500 gallon 316 L SS reactor with a 25 plate packed column, have hot oil and steam heat and a 5 – 10 mm vacuum system.

 MFG have also installed a new 4,000 gallon Glass Lined reactor, with a 316L condenser system.  This reactor was added to increase MFG’s capacity in polymer production. 

MFG has also added new auxiliary equipment: a new tank farm with six 15,000 gallon SS tanks, and a new cooling tower for more efficient process cooling.
