Paul joined MFG as CEO in 2019 and has been a board member of the Company since 2017. He has 35+ years of chemical industry and management experience, including the last 20 years as an executive and investor at a variety of companies. Paula holds an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Toronto.
Todd guides our IT, HR and fiscal strategies to secure our financial future at MFG Chemical, LLC. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Tennessee and spent the first part of his career at Arthur Andersen. His expertise is in manufacturing and he has worked for several multinational organizations throughout his career. He is a graduate of Berry College and holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Prior to joining MFG Chemical, LLC, Mike was founder of Radical Polymers, LLC. Mike has 36 years of experience in water treatment additive design, development, and evaluation. Prior to forming Radical Polymers, Mike served as Senior Business Manager for International Specialty Products and Global Business Manager for National Starch’s Alco Chemical business. Mike has served on the Board of Directors of AWT and holds a BS in Chemistry and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
In his current role at MFG Chemical, LLC, Guido is responsible for managing the development and quality departments for the four manufacturing sites. Guido has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, he has been involved in many aspects of the industry from research to manufacturing to application, with a clear understanding of the energy market both domestic and international. He is author of 12 papers, 16 patents and numerous presentations to several professional organizations worldwide.
Joe joined MFG Chemical, LLC in 2020. He has worked the past 30 plus years in the chemical industry. Joe spent 15 years at Zep Inc. in roles including President-Zep Southeast and Vice President of Business Effectiveness. He also spent 5 years at Dubois Chemicals as Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales. After he graduated from the University of West Florida Joe started his career in the United States Marine Corps.
George leads the Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Procurement teams at MFG Chemical, LLC. Prior to joining MFG, he was the Director of Operations at WACKER Polysilicon NA where he took part in a $2.5B startup. With over 30 years of experience, George previously held Vice President and Director positions in the chemical manufacturing, automotive manufacturing and construction industries. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Senior Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, is a Licensed Professional Engineer, holds two U.S. Patents, and has published 16 scholarly articles. George holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Joe is responsible for leading continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, Safety and Security across the company. In his 27 years of experience in regulatory, manufacturing, automotive and chemical sectors, Joe has implemented best practices to consistently achieve award-winning EHS&S and sustainability performance.
